Strategic Partnership Between Riyadh Applied Technical College and Areeb

In a move to strengthen collaboration between the academic and private sectors, Riyadh Applied Technical College and Areeb HR have signed two strategic cooperation agreements. These partnerships aim to support graduates in entering the job market and enhance social responsibility through joint developmental initiatives.

Memorandum of Understanding for Direct Employment

The first memorandum of understanding focuses on providing direct employment opportunities for college graduates in several vital fields aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, including:

· Human Resources

· Logistics

· E-commerce

· Insurance and Risk Management

· Occupational Safety

· Mechatronics

Objectives of the MoU:

1. Enable college graduates to enter the job market immediately after graduation.

2. Address labor market needs with modern specializations aligned with national development plans.

3. Strengthen collaboration between the academic and business sectors to achieve seamless integration.

Community Partnership Agreement

In addition to the employment memorandum, a community partnership agreement was signed to develop training programs and activities that enhance social responsibility and contribute to building an informed and engaged community.

Objectives of the Agreement:

· Enhance the roles of the college and Areeb HR in social responsibility through joint initiatives.

· Support cooperative training and provide development opportunities for youth to gain practical skills.

Signing Ceremony

The agreements were signed in the presence of:

· Mr. Firas bin Ibrahim Al-Rasheedi, Dean of Riyadh Applied Technical College, representing the college.

· Mr. Fahad bin Nayef Al-Jabli, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Riyadh College, representing the college.

· Mr. Ali bin Eid Al-Mutairi, CEO of Areeb HR, representing the company.
